| Rate Information - Rates are subject to change. - Rates include our expanded continental breakfast buffet including delicious home-baked breads, coffee cakes and muffins, a "make your own" waffle station, fresh yogurt with fruit and granola toppings, hard-boiled eggs, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea. - There is a $20 a night charge for each additional person. - Rates do not include VT state tax or 10% service charge. - Daily maid service is provided. - A 50% deposit is required. For the deposit of a one night stay, the full amount of the stay must be charged to a credit card. - Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund less 10% booking fee. With notice less than two weeks prior to arrival, a refund of the deposit less 10% can only be made if the room is fully re-booked. - No refunds due to early departure. VISA, MC, DISCOVER and AMEX accepted. - We welcome children. - Pets are not allowed: no exceptions. - We are a non-smoking property. - Check-in after 3 p.m./Check-out 10 a.m. |
